To ensure the safety of customers with an intellectual or psychiatric disability, a “pickup at destination” note may be entered in the file. This procedure is mandatory and means that a customer with this requirement in their file must be met by a responsible person (aged  14 or older) at their destination.

A customer who is sufficiently autonomous to be left alone at their destination may be exempted from this requirement. To request an exemption, a declaration of autonomy  for transportation must be completed by a recognized professional.

To obtain further information about this procedure or to request a form, please contact the paratransit service at 450 670-2992, option 3.
