Integrated school lines to serve École secondaire De Mortagne

The RTL has partnered with the Centre de services scolaire des Patriotes to operate integrated school lines between certain Boucherville neighbourhoods and École secondaire De Mortagne.

This service, previously provided by school buses, will have little impact on residents. Residents living on Abbés-Primeau, Montmagny, Nicole-Lemaire, Jean-Bois, De la Rivière-aux-Pins, Montbrun, Jacques-Viau, Mézy, and Varennes Nord streets will notice up to three buses driving by between 7:20 and 7:35 a.m., and between 3 and 3:15 p.m., from Monday to Friday.

Under this partnership, students who ride RTL buses to school and who need to travel before or after the times covered by the integrated school lines will be able to use the regular buses during the week between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., on presentation of their OPUS card; they will also get 40% off the purchase of bus passes in the metropolitan area.

During the 2019-20 school year, nearly 4,500 high school students rode the RTL’s buses on a daily basis in the Agglomération de Longueuil.
