FACE COVERING MANDATORY FOR CHILDREN OVER AGE 10
Further to a new public health directive, the mandatory age for wearing a face covering on public transit and in enclosed or partially enclosed public places has been lowered to 10.
Starting August 24, public transit users age 10 and over must wear a mask or a face covering on all RTL buses and minibuses (including school lines) and in the terminals.
Note that the Panama terminal, the Saint-Bruno station, and the Chevrier, Montarville and Mortagne parking lots are not subject to the mandatory face-covering rule since they are fully open public spaces.
Children under age 10 and people with a medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask are exempt. A person may remove their face covering temporarily for identification purposes.
