RTL to reduce service starting March 30, 2020
Longueuil, March 26, 2020 – The Réseau de transport de Longueuil (RTL) wishes to inform users that it will be reducing its service due to the coronavirus pandemic and the closure of numerous facilities.
The RTL is currently updating its bus and shared taxi service schedules, which will take effect starting Monday, March 30, 2020. We will update you in the coming days, and the schedules will be available on our website.
“Our users and many businesses have responded to the government’s message to stay home and limit all non-essential travel. We will maintain our service, which is so vital to the population, especially the people on the front lines who are taking care of us all. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our drivers who are doing excellent work on the ground under very difficult circumstances, and our maintenance employees who help keep our vehicles running,” stated Michel Veilleux, Executive Director of the RTL.
Users can follow the latest updates on measures taken by the RTL in response to the coronavirus pandemic on our website.
