You can use our automated web service to do the following:
1. Request an occasional trip.
2. Obtain trip details (addresses, time slot, etc.).
3. Confirm a time slot.
4. Cancel a trip.
5. Report a delay.
To use our automated service:
- Create a customer account and obtain a password by calling 450-670-2992, option 3, to get help from our staff.
- Log in to your account by entering your customer number and password in the appropriate fields.

Note that our automated service can only be used to reserve a regular or metropolitan trip, or an on-call return.
